Today is the VGDC Welcome Party. There will be pizza, games, and only minor human sacrifces. Things will start at 5:30 in Bruininks 512B.

VGDC will be having a game jam next weekend. There will be an overnight workshop for this event with tutorials and spaces to work in groups. If you currently don’t have skills to make games the hands on wokshops will be valuable to getting those skills.

The event will be at Glitch HQ located near Carlson at 1829 Riverside Ave, Suite #200 Minneapolis, MN 55454. It will last from 3:30pm on October 3rd to5pm on October 4th. You will need to bring a laptop to work on with any programs you want to used preinstalled and a sleeping bag if you plan to stay overnight. There is a $10 charge to participate, but that will cover dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Payment will need to be given to an officer in cash. If interested please reply and let us know.
